At Cabinet2Go, we know that buying cabinets is a big decision. These answers are here to help you plan confidently and avoid surprises during your project.

Minimum Order

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. The minimum order before taxes and shipping is $500 CAD. This allows us to maintain quality control and reliable delivery for every order.

Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

Do you accept returns?

All Cabinet2Go orders are final sale. We do not accept returns due to incorrect measurements, space limitations, or changes in colour or finish. Please review your layout and selections carefully before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, processing begins and items can no longer be removed or cancelled.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not available once an order passes the 24-hour cancellation window.

What if my cabinets arrive damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange for the affected item. Requests made after 15 days cannot be accepted.

Cabinet Construction & Quality

Do the cabinets arrive assembled?

Yes. All cabinets are delivered fully assembled, saving time and reducing installation effort.

How thick are the cabinet backs?

Cabinet backs are built with 5/8-inch thickness for strong support and durability.

What is the thickness of the drawer box?

The drawer box back and bottom are both 5/8 inch thick, designed for everyday use.

Are the cabinet sides finished?

Cabinet sides are unfinished and may show fasteners. If a cabinet side will be visible, a finished side panel is required:

• Melamine side panel: 5/8 inch

• MDF side panel: 3/4 inch

Are handle holes pre-drilled?

No. Handles and knobs are not pre-drilled so you can position hardware based on your preferred design.

What colour are the cabinet interiors?

All cabinet interiors have a white finish for a clean and bright appearance.

Custom Paint Options

Do you offer custom paint colours?

Yes. Custom paint colours are available for an additional $250 + applicable taxes per order. Our team will contact you after checkout to complete the remaining balance.

Delivery & Handling (Canada-Specific)

How is delivery cost calculated?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes. Local pickup is available and can be selected during checkout.

Do you deliver to apartment buildings?

Delivery is available to the ground floor only. For delivery to upper floors, please contact us for additional pricing.

Do you deliver to basements?

No. Delivery is limited to the garage or main floor of the home.

Will the driver help unload?

To keep delivery costs reasonable, deliveries are completed by one driver. You must arrange help to unload cabinets from the truck.

Do you provide installation services?

No. Installation services are not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging installation with their own contractor.

Island & US Shipping

Are ferry charges included for island deliveries?

• Orders placed after January 10, 2024 include ferry charges for Vancouver Island.

• Orders placed before January 10, 2024 may have additional ferry fees, up to $150 per order. Our team will confirm final charges after checkout.

Are customs fees included for US orders?

No. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. These are not included in checkout shipping charges.

Hardware & Accessories

Do cabinets include soft-close hardware?

Yes. All doors and drawers include soft-close hinges and glides.

Are handles included with the cabinets?

No. Handles and knobs are sold separately so you can choose a style that suits your space.

Are accessories included?

Accessories such as pull-outs, spice racks, or waste bins are not included and must be purchased separately.

Can I purchase cabinet boxes without doors?

Yes. Cabinet boxes can be purchased without doors by request. Please contact our team for a custom quote.
